Cancellation Policy
We accept both online and offline bookings (via phone call or walk-in). While we do our best to keep our schedule up to date, there may be rare occasions where an offline appointment is made before an online booking, but the system hasn't been updated yet. In such cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience if this occurs. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy You’re free to reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time with no charge. If you cancel online, we kindly ask that you do so at least 1 day in advance.
